Simon has facilitated hundreds of strategy sessions and sparked energetic conversations about innovation and business transformation. 

As a storyteller, strategist, and business coach, Simon has led and consulted on public, not-for-profit, and private change efforts. 

He has been a Chief Innovation Officer for major institutions and has led large transformation teams. He is passionate about the untapped potential to level economic, social, and health inequities and address global challenges (such as climate change) by going "beyond the box" and fusing creative business models, technology, and constellations of aligned partners to create positive change.

Simon is global in viewpoint but local in impact. He has been an innovation executive, consultant, and strategy facilitator in Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and North America. He has also worked as a journalist and international spokesperson for major humanitarian organizations in conflict zones.
